Reserve the Date Deposit A $150.00 deposit is used to reserve the date. This 'reserve-the-date' deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your event if you need to cancel or reschedule.     Event Services Deposit Following acceptance of your service contract we require a deposit for 50% of the total cost of your event. The $150.00 reserve the date deposit is applied to this amount. This desposit is refundable up to 15 days prior to your event.     Post Event Payments The remaining 50% payment is due within 3 days following your event.     Terms of Agreement Every event requires a signed terms-of-agreement.
